JOB - Rotate 5 tires on my Jeep (Check), remount the spare tire with valve stem up (MISSED THAT ONE) and make sure the pressure was all at 37psi (FAILED TO PUT AT PROPER AIR PRESSURE, left there with TPS light on). Well they got 1 out 3 things completed that I asked. No paperwork provided and never emailed me the invoice either as they said they would. This place used to be on top of their game, but even when you get there early and they have very few customers, FAILED to hit this one out of the park. Disappointed. Still the only place I go to for tires in this town. About 15+ cars worth so far over the years. Stay on top of them and check their work. Great young guys working in these places, they just pay little to no attention to detail. Something in the generation I suppose.

I called ahead of time to manage my time accordingly. I was told by the attendant that there was only 1 truck. To bring my vehicle in for service. I get here and there’s 3 cars in. I thought perfect, I’ll be in and out. Well the attendant took several more vehicles ahead of me and pushed me back even more. I will make sure everyone I know knows my experience at this establishment.

If i could give 10 stars i would. This is my main store, i told them i had a nail in my tire they replaced it for free because of their awesome and very worth it warranty. They told me that i unfortunately had the wrong size tire on my left side from a 24 hr shop i had to visit last minute, they explained my car was pulling due to this and my tread was far too low. I had 0$ on me & in a bad situation due to losing my job a few months ago. They told me about financing, i was approved and on top of that was given a big discount i walked away with all discount matching tires with warranty at only 333$ plus they fixed my alignment up for free. They also told me my lower control arm was going out, i appreciated them telling me this. The store manager (bald & white) forgot his name And the worker Bryce were so helpful and accommodating i left there feeling great about the work and help they offered me. I felt safe and “taken care of.” Thankyou so much if i had money on me to tip them i would have. But i hope youre both recognized for the amazing work you provided me. I hope the distirct higher up's notice them and this review they made my day. Also BRYCE i got the job!!

I have been a loyal customer at Big O Tires for a long time. I’ve done oil changes, brake services, and purchased tires there because I believed in supporting a local business and trusted their service. Today I had a very disappointing and honestly upsetting experience. I went in because my truck had a nail in the middle of the tire — an area that is normally repairable. I greeted the front desk employee politely, but he did not greet me back. He was cold and unfriendly, simply saying, “How can I help you?” with no basic courtesy. After I explained the situation, he immediately told me it would be better to replace the tire instead of repairing it — the same tire I previously purchased from them. I asked if someone could at least check to see if it could be repaired. He then told me they only had repair availability next Friday. However, he also said if I wanted to replace the tire, they could do it today. That didn’t make sense to me. There were no cars in the lot. I even asked one of the technicians in the garage if they were busy, and he immediately said they were very slow and it was a calm day. That made the situation feel even worse — like my repair wasn’t a priority because
